HGH India completes six successful editions

HGH India, the annual trade show for home textiles, home décor, houseware and gifts, completed six successful editions with the conclusion of HGH India 2017 in Mumbai from July 4-6. This trade show designed exclusively to connect its exhibitors with the Indian retail trade, distribution channels, brand representatives, importers and institutional buyers has firmly established itself as a world-class, must-attend, professional, trend setting and result-oriented event for Indian retailers, distributors, trade buyers, interior designers and gift trade from across India. This year, HGH India had a larger contingent of international exhibitors participating in the exhibition.

HGH India 2017 attracted 30,700 high potential retailers and trade buyers from 462 cities and towns across India, indicating a 22% increase over last year. 500 manufacturers and brands from 30 countries showcased their products, making it the largest trade show for home category in the Indian market. This included over 100 new and unique domestic and international exhibitors across the home products segment.

The list included TTK Prestige (cookware & kitchen appliances), Baltra (kitchen appliances), Stallion Barware (Barware), Decorex (Blinds), Divine (wallpapers & soft furnishings), Marcopolo (decorative flooring), Peps (mattresses) and Archies (Gifts) from India and TSV (cookware) from Italy, Uscan Plastik (household & kitchenware) from Turkey and many more companies participating in the Turkish, Chinese and Taiwanese Pavilions. However, the backbone of the trade show has been the returning exhibitors which include almost all prominent namein the industry.

HGH India connects its exhibitors with high potential and long-term business partners in the Indian market. Over 80% of the exhibitors and 90% of the visitors have been returning year after year, reflecting the importance of this trade show for both sellers and buyers.

The 7th annual edition of HGH India 2018 is scheduled from July 3-5, 2018 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon,
